Productivity Bootcamp
YOU’RE TALENTED, WHICH IS WHY YOU ARE WHERE YOU ARE TODAY.
You are creative and you have a lot of excitement about what else is possible for you personally, professionally, and in your business.
You have an audience that adores you and you want to do all you can for them.
You are great at responding to urgent needs and you show up when you’re expected.
BUT YOU’RE ALSO FRUSTRATED.
While you show up, you’re not always as prepared as you would like to be. Or, you don’t show up to follow through on the commitments you’ve made to yourself.
Instead of consistently creating your days to work proactively on what’s important, you tend to react to what comes to you or to what you think is most urgent.
You struggle to:
- Break large projects down into manageable parts,
- Work on those parts diligently over time, and
- Stay ahead of schedule, follow through, and produce results without last–minute stress.
You’re not being productive in the way you want to be.
Take a deep breath and read on. Discover what’s in the way and how to get more organized with your time.
HERE’S THE REAL PROBLEM:
Most of us were never taught the necessary processes, skills, and mindsets that lead to successful productivity.
It’s time to learn:
- Precisely what’s getting in your way and how to handle the hurdles when you’re standing in front of them.
- How to create productive goals and avoid unproductive projects that distract you from achieving what you really want.
- How to be efficient with your time, including the exact steps to take and in what order, to get done what’s most important to you every day.
Perhaps you’ve read books, taken courses, or received coaching on all of the above, but you haven’t been able to break those unproductive habits and commit to a new way of doing things.
Or, maybe you’re pretty good at all of this organizing stuff but your approach feels random. So, you’re ready for a consistent, integrated system to help you get to the next level.
GOOD NEWS! THERE’S A FUN SOLUTION FOR YOU STARTING January 24, 2019.
Join business coach Nina Kaufman for Productivity Bootcamp, a small group training and action program designed to help you learn what’s needed to be more productive AND transform into a more efficient and effective version of yourself.
In order to change, you need to go beyond simply learning and talking about this stuff. Work with new information and tools alongside other leaders and professionals, and if you apply what you learn, you’ll walk away with new habits, operating the way you want: organized, consistent, and in control of your time.
During Productivity Bootcamp, you will:
- Identify what’s in your way and discover how to move through those obstacles.
- Learn a complete and integrated system for managing your projects, time, and to do’s.
- Find out how to better organize and integrate email into your productivity system.
- Receive a simple organizing and prioritizing tool, and learn how to leverage it to decide exactly what you need to be doing, and in what order, daily.
- Create better habits and get over the hump from procrastination to being productive every day!
THIS IS GOING TO BE GOOD.
BUT! You have to commit to participating fully in this program or it will not work for you. The great news is that it’s designed to enhance the work you’re already doing, not add things to your plate or get in the way.
This is a long-game decision. The time you put in during the group experience will pay off for a lifetime if you show up to each meeting, apply what you are learning between sessions, and keep the great habits you will be creating.
Plan to put in 1 hour before the start of the program and 30 min to 2 hours per day for a few days at the beginning of the program to get set up. Yes, you will need to spend some time at the start, push through some discomfort, and do the tasks to get yourself set up with these new systems. But the few hours it takes to set up is proven to save unlimited time over the long-haul with continued use.
Plan to put in an average of 20 minutes per day on planning and maintenance after the initial set up, plus a little more time once per week and once per month to plan ahead.
This program blends new ways of thinking and time-tested tools with the supportive motivation of group accountability. It will allow everyone the space to push through challenges together and cheer on individual and collective wins.
Are you ready to finally kick “someday” to the curb and start mastering the art and habit of productivity?

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this program for?
This program is for business owners, community leaders, and professionals in any field, industry, or line of work.
Will I be able to apply what I learn in this program to my personal life?
Yes! That said, while we will briefly discuss how to do that, the focus of our habit-building month and exercises will be on your work and business. In order to successfully create a new habit, it’s important to reduce the chances of overwhelm and quitting. Once you create a successful productivity habit for your professional life, you can apply the same process and tool to your personal life.
What if I have a friend who wants to sign up? Can we get the multiple participant discount?
First, thank you for passing this along to friends–we would love to get this material into as many hands as possible because we know how impactful it is. Unfortunately, we don’t have a friend discount at this time (possibly in the future though!). This program is priced to make the high value of the content, coaching and support accessible. The per participant discount is intended to make it affordable for businesses to get key people all working with the same philosophies and systems because this is advantageous in a collaborative setting. If you collaborate with someone who doesn’t work within the same organization, contact us to discuss options.
What if I can‘t make it to every session or don’t keep up with the ‘homework’ between sessions?
This program is designed for you to be present for every session and apply what you are learning between sessions because it’s all about forming a new, regular habit. It’s not about doing it perfectly, it’s about doing daily practice and over the course of the program, mastering the tool and processes.
And remember, “applying what we are learning” simply means getting yourself, your goals, and your projects organized and prioritizing your real work tasks, so keeping up with what you are learning should result in getting more impactful work done for your job, career, and business throughout the program!
Consider this program a choice to finally get on top of being able to commit to something and complete it all the way. Success here will increase your capacity and confidence for continuing on a productive path. Now of course, once you sign up for the program, it is up to you–what you put into it is what you’ll get out of it.
What will I need to bring with me to our training day and to our group coaching sessions?
For our in-person training day, you will need a laptop and all of the to-do lists and notes you have in any format: on paper, online, in a software program you currently use, on the back of your hand, or anywhere else. Please be ready to leave all other work and distractions behind for the day.
For our online/phone coaching sessions, you will need your laptop and the productivity tool you will receive during our training day. Again, please be prepared to leave all other work and distractions behind for the hour.
Most importantly, we request that you bring your complete focus and attention to all of our time together, both in-person and remote. This will allow for the greatest amount growth and results for you AND for the group.
What is the exact time commitment between sessions? I’m excited and want to mark my calendar (or at least be ready for that).
We’re so excited for you! Here are average amounts of time to plan for before, during, and after the program:
- 1 hour before the start of the program (you’ll receive prep instructions once you register).
- 30 minutes to 2 hours per day for a few days at the beginning of the program to get set up (this varies significantly, depending on what you’re working on, how organized you currently are, your focus during this stage, etc.).
- An average of 20 minutes per day for planning and maintenance moving forward (after the initial set up). Yup! That’s it for the long-haul.
- An additional 20 minutes per week and 1 hour per month will keep you on top of your new systems moving forward.
Of course, these are averages and depend on your consistent application, focus, and particular work situation. That said, remember, this time spent will result in exponentially more time saved each day, each week, and over the long-haul.
