While you continue to evolve those skills and habits, we are turning our focus to you.
You want to stay aware and thoughtful about what’s going on in the world, including in the minds, hearts, and lives of your clients and customers. You are equally determined to stay connected to how you will continue to run your business and life, honoring to your values, with your clients and customers in mind.
You want to care for your health and well-being.
And you see staying on your path as a form of resistance, standing for and continuing to provide the world with access to personal choice, quality goods, beauty, and authentic self care through the products and services you offer.
Starting in April 2024, I am offering you an individualized 12-month experience to support you while you create your next transformation.
You know the value of having space for growth, the support of a thought partner, and the value infusion you get from high-level coaching.
Solutions, Approaches, and Program Process
I invite you to a special year of personalized transformation where we will focus on your unique excitements and opportunities in new ways. I will support you to gain more capacity and capability for these approaches and solutions:
– A growth approach that is aligned with you today
– Setting relevant goals for your personal transformation this year, focusing on what you want, given where your life, business, and the world are right now
– Using your goals as a through-line to fuel momentum, energy, and transformation
– Noticing and celebrating every stage, every learning, and every win as part of your path to expansion
– More confidence with, ease in, and genuine enjoyment of failure as part of your path to expansion
– Trading old patterns for habits you love
– Less mind drama
– Extracting high value from all of your circumstances, experiences, relationships, and environments
Rather than having pre-determined options, you get to build from a foundation of 1:1 coaching and select from the value-add options of your choice to design your year of coaching.
Whether it’s you and me, or two or more people that participate in any option, the group size within each container will be the perfect environment to provide you exactly what you need this year.
Customizable Program Options
The Transformation Year programs is built from one-on-one Individual Coaching as the foundation. Each additional option adds a unique container, designed for advanced learning, application, and growth:
Start here: Individual Coaching
– Each month, you will have two, one-hour coaching sessions with Nina (except one in January and June).
Monthly Group Coaching Calls
– These 1-hour calls will have a new format focused on your throughline Transformation goals (rather than monthly reflection).
Quarterly Planning Mini Retreats
– Time for deep reflection and coaching on universally top-of-mind topics (there will be opportunity to give input to our topics), Transformation Coaching, and Quarterly Planning.
– Location: Flamingo Hotel or closer to SF, with input from the group
– Two-day, live retreat with lunch, materials, and program included.
2026 Brand Strong Retreat, an annual deep reflection and planning experience
– January 10 – 15, 2026 Program, Materials, Lodging, and Meals included. Note: Transportation not included.
– Location will be Palm Springs, CA.
– Time and space for deep reflection, planning, and coaching.
– Note: The Brand Strong Retreat will only be available to those who have previously participated in the Brand Strong Mastermind. Individuals who do not participate in other coaching options may be able to participate in only the Retreat.
Bonus: One Work Strong membership is included in your Transformation Year program at no extra cost.
Option Costs
Individual Coaching
– $10K
– This is the foundation of Transformation Year. From here, you can add components.
– Note: If Individual Coaching poses financial hardship, an exception may be made to build your Transformation Year from 1:1 coaching through Work Strong with significant commitment to coaching through the year. Inquire with Nina if interested.
Monthly Coaching Calls (Feb, Apr, May, July/Aug combined and 2 hours, Oct, Nov 2025)
– $1K
Quarterly Planning Mini Retreats (Jun, Sep 2025, Mar 2026)
– $2500
2026 Brand Strong Retreat (Jan 10 – 15, 2026, plus one-day, pre-retreat prep call, Dec 9, 2025)
– $4500
Registration and Payment Details:
Once registered, you’ll make 12 monthly automatic payments.

We will continue to use the benefits of the Brand Strong approach, including heart-centered leadership and practical strategy, to create meaningful personal, professional, and business wins, all year long.
Requirements for
Participation in Group Options
To respect and honor all participants, if you choose to participate in group programs as part of your Transformation Year, your commitment to the following is required:
1. Attendance at all group sessions. You will receive calendar invites to all group meetings.
– To honor you and the group, please prioritize attendance at all of our meetings. We understand that last-minute life emergencies come up.
2. Arriving on time to group sessions, motivated to learn, engage, and be coached.
– Commitment to your own professional growth and to understanding what is holding you back personally and professionally in your business.
– Willingness and openness to being coached, to learning, and to applying ,with support from Nina.
– Respect for, and no judgement of others in the group.
3. Openness to and value of: direct, individual and business coaching, both 1:1 and in the group setting.
