Workshops
There are three foundational Work Strong power skills you will study and apply to every part of your business or job, each kicked off through a live, online group class.
- Productivity Bootcamp. Learn to use your time productively! This means work on the right thing, at the right time, and take less time to complete everything you do. Feel clear on exactly what to work on each day, even each hour of the day. Use the most thorough yet simple to-do list system out there. Enjoy how easy it is to keep it clean so you no longer have things sitting on your list for weeks, months, or, dare I say, years. Be confident as you ditch tasks and projects that didn’t need to be on your list in the first place.
- Mind Management. Finally get the heck out of your way! This one is a biggie. Understand why you procrastinate and why you avoid some things altogether. Feel excited and confident that you have the most practical process for letting go of bad work habits for good. Know the process for setting compelling goals and the surprising steps to achieve them. Have the skills to improve all of your relationships. This work will blow your mind and change the way you do everything in your work and life. You won’t want to go back.
- Powerful Planning. Create the most impactful plans and results you’ve ever produced. Understand the exact steps and principles for designing highly creative, efficient, and effective plans that you can apply to every single area of your work including (and not limited to!) product and service creation, events, marketing, operations, and even hard conversations.
Each of these workshops is designed to help you build the most practical skills and habits you need, and can be applied throughout your job and business (and life!).
Each foundational workshop begins with one full day of training. You’ll learn everything you need to know to get started with the tool or process, and practice on your own to build your new habits. Over the following few weeks, we’ll have three, 1-hour follow-up sessions, which are a continuation of your training and learning. Your understanding and skills will expand and deepen on each call, and throughout each 4-session workshop, you’ll work to create, improve, and deepen your habits.
Monthly Topic Workshops and Lessons
In the months between when we are studying our foundational skills above, we study a topic for the month through a combination of workshops, workbooks, guides, and resources designed to compliment our foundational skills and tools and to enhance our work.
Every topic we study is selected to increase our ability to do great work. Some past monthly topics have been Relationships, How to Have Hard Conversations, Mastering Emotional Peace, and Build a Habit in 30 Days.
You may attend any and all of the live workshops and follow-up coaching sessions every time they are offered for as long as you remain an active member of Work Strong! And, you can pick and choose what works best for you. Each time you go through a workshop, you’re knowledge and skills will grow exponentially.
Live Monthly Coaching Calls + Foundational Tools Office Hours to support massive growth
Between our workshops, it’s your time to turn your learning into skills and lasting habits that will improve every area of your job and business. While you are setting up, implementing, and deepening your skills and habits, you can ask questions in real time, live, in our group coaching calls and office hours, spread throughout each month.
There are three Monthly Coaching calls every month. These group coaching calls are opportunities for you to get coached 1:1 – and to learn from listening to others being coached – on any area where you want support in your job or business, including about how you’re applying the tools and skills we study together. They are truly “ask anything” calls.
Each Office Hours call is dedicated to focusing on one of our foundational tools and topics, and include a blend of 1:1 coaching, training, and Q&A. You can get feedback and coaching on how you’re applying the specific skill and tools to your job and business.
Your understanding and mastery will develop with every call you attend, month after month. These are all additional calls, different from Workshop Follow up Calls, focused on you, your job, your issues and struggles, your practical application of skills and tools.
All coaching calls and office hours are recorded and available for replay in case you can’t join us, or simply for review, to continue your learning anytime, for as long as you’re in the program.
Online Community and a Place to Ask Me Anything
You’ll be invited to join a Slack workspace where you and fellow Work Strong members can share wins, discuss what you’re learning, and raise relevant topics for discussion. This is a solicitation-free space that is all about supporting each other’s growth and motivation.
One of the best perks, you’ll have access to Nina in this space to ask questions and get coaching about anything you’re learning and practicing, or any business or work issue, and receive responses through the platform.
