For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Content” also includes all User Content (as defined below).
All Content added, created, uploaded, submitted, distributed, or posted to the Website or The Course by users (collectively “User Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is by the nature of the upload or post now considered the property of You Design You.
By submitting public User Content through the Website or the Course, you thereby grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to access your User Content through the Website or the Course, and to use, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise fully exploit the User Content in connection with the Website, the Course, and our businesses (and our successors’ and assigns’), including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Website or the Course (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels (including, without limitation, third-party websites and feeds). We do not guarantee that any User Content will be made available on the Website or the Course. We reserve the right to, but do not have any obligation to, (i) remove, edit, or modify any User Content in our sole discretion, at any time, without notice to you and for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such User Content or if we are concerned that you may have violated these Terms and Conditions), or for no reason at all and (ii) to remove or block any User Content from the Website or the Course.
You are not permitted to use the Website, the Course, or any course. Content for anything other than the business purposes as described and intended by us, the Website, or the Course. Sharing Data. We don’t share your personal information with third parties. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Website and service. We currently use Google and WordPress Analytics (traffic analysis, SEO optimization), MailChimp (mailing list management), and may use a curriculum website. We have listed below exactly which data these third parties extract. Feel free to check out their own privacy policies to find out more.
- Google and WordPress Analytics: anonymous (ad serving domains, browser type, demographics, language settings, page views, time/date), pseudonymous (IP address)
- MailChimp: name and email addresses from our subscription list
We also use social buttons provided by services like Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Your use of these third-party services is entirely optional. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third-party services, and you are responsible for reading and understanding those third-party services’ privacy policies.

We may need to share personal information with our Agents in order to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our Agents do not have any right to use personal information or other information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
